• A collection fee will be charged in case required unless it’s defective in which case FatimaCollectionz will be liable for all the shipping charges.

• Return for replacement within 3 days – YES
• Restocking fee – YES

The following is a standard return policy for any kind of promotional deals, sales, selling with super low pieces. Any kind of items covered under the following category should be returned for replacement within 3 days. However, on any products falling under this category, there will be no warranty of any kind.

• The services covered in the warranty are same as the ones which are provided by the manufacturer.

The warranty pick and drop will be provided for free within 7 days of invoice date across all of Pakistan, in case of a faulty address the customer will be charged with a fee of PKR 1000/- for any pick and drop service across Pakistan.

However, there are following conditions which will not be acceptable in case of warranty and replacement:

• Physical damage to the product
• Products which are missing the manufacturer label, model number or device name/number. The model should be recognizable.
• Products which do not have the manufacturer’s warranty label.
• Products which are missing the accessories or the complete set of product that was provided when shipped.
• The original invoice is missing.
• Products which do not comply with the warranty policy of the manufacturer.
• Products which do not satisfy FatimaCollectionz product warranty policy.
